Mister Tucks, the Zen master skater and artist behind Temple of Skate, has been getting a lot of traction lately, and it really isn’t hard to see why. Inspired by his undying love of skateboarding and Japanese Ukiyo-e, he then takes his drawings and illustrations to the next level: skateboard decks – and rightfully so.  Subtle details coexisting in a landscape where skateboarding is least expected creates a certain curiosity within the observer to look closer, only to realize they have been ogling a skateboarding cemetery abound with fun-loving skeleton monks. Super fresh, to say the least, we’re just stoked to finally see an Ukiyo-e themed artwork that is not The Great Wave.
