Where there is order and a high saturation of autocrats, there also is a massive punk movement. Singapore has a long history attributed to its punk scene, and it takes shape in the form of a zine, Turn Off The Aircon, a documentation of the country’s forerunners of anarchy. Ideated by Luca and Widad and printed by Knuckles and Notch, it showcases photos, interviews of notable people coming out and working from the ground up as musicians, organizers, and solid supporters to build the scene the way we see it now.
